Please ensure that your address is entered correctly. Although we have systems in place to help standardize addresses, be sure to confirm that a suite, apartment or unit number if applicable is included.

We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or misrouted due to incorrect information. Please contact us for assistance with correcting an address on an order you have placed.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Our estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days. Deliveries take place between 08h00 and 17h00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)

Once you place your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email from us as well as a payment confirmation email.

Once your product has shipped, you will receive a second shipping confirmation email with tracking details either directly from us or from our courier.

Tracking Information:
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to check the delivery status of your package.
