Exchange can be made within 5 days from the arrival of your order. Return courier (both ways) are paid by buyer. If you are exchanging, you will also pay another courier for the item be shipped back.
All items must be in original packaging, clearly untouched, unworn and odor-free, with all tag, bands, seal bands intact. All hair which has been used/opened/tried on can’t be exchanged or refunded.
No refunds on Hair Extensions Tool kits.
